Virtual Question Time
On Thursday 7th October at 6:30pm 2021 the public have an opportunity to put questions directly to the Gatwick Airport management team concerning plans to rebuild the emergency runway as a second runway. Gatwick Airport’s senior management have agreed to attend and take questions from the virtual floor of residents on the night as Gatwick continues to consult on whether they should be permitted to have two runways to be used on a regular basis.
Speakers joining the meeting include Friends of the Earth and Aviation Environment Federation. The chair will put questions to each panellist. East Sussex Member of Parliament and chair of the Transport Select Committee, Huw Merriman, has been invited to attend.
